Bendigo Tramways' "Talking" Trams ...

Bendigo Tramways' famous "Talking" Trams depart regularly from, and return to, the tram shelter next door to the Central Deborah Gold Mine. These lovingly restored vintage trams travel on a round trip through central Bendigo, with a running commentary pointing out many of the historic and interesting sights along the route. They make a short stop part way through the journey at the historic Bendigo Tramways Depot where the passengers may alight, visit the Museum and Souvenir Shop and view the substantial collection of fully working vintage trams, including the world's largest collection of the rare "Birney" trams.
